For items purchased directly from The Trail of Tales
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You may keep the product, even after receiving a refund.
To request a refund, please contact us with your order details. Once your request is received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale Items
Sale Items cannot be refunded Unless the item was damaged in shipping.
For Affiliate Products listed on our site
If you purchase a product we link to on our site, refunds and returns must be handed through the associated website. We recommend reading their refund policies.
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like a replacement, send us an email at {email address}.
Shipping Returns
We do not accept product returns to save on shipping costs. We would appreciate it if you gave the product to someone else before throwing it in the trash if it is still in usable condition.
